The temperature was around 103 this evening when Debbie and I got off work. As we approached Stillwater, we could see a thunderstorm to the northwest of town. When we reached the intersection of I-35 and highway 51, the temperature was 100. Within two miles, the temperature dropped to 89 degrees. The temperature was 83 degrees on the west side of Stillwater, which is about 15 miles from I-35. Four miles later at our house, the temperature was 90 degrees. Amazing how that storm affected the temperature within about 20 miles or less.
