More hail photos

Don't know why I didn't notice it this morning, but it is easy to see the mud and grass splashed on the windows with the sun shining from the west this afternoon.  All of the windows have splatters full height of the windows.  Mud splatter from the hail stones hitting the ground yesterday.  dang.  No wonder one of the OKC weather guys was screaming like a little girl while the tv station was getting pummelled.

Dunno if anyone knows, but you should be able to click on the photo to enlarge.  Use the "back" button to get back to the blog.

I was showing John these photos, but I hadn't read what you had written yet. When I got to the one with all the holes in the ground, I said something about the ground getting "pummeled" by the hail. He laughed at me and asked if that was the word you used. I said no, I hadn't read what you wrote yet. I started reading out loud and completely cracked up when I got to the word "pummeled"! He said, I told you that was a word your dad would use! Cracked us up!

Why did John think it was a word I'd use? LOL. Gotta admit it is a cool word...

I don't know... Maybe it goes along with the fact that you always have all these weird words for things. :)
