Lucky

Megan, Kelsey and Jeremy left Stillwater early yesterday afternoon to visit Jeremy's parents in Bristow where they recently purchased a home.  They had an automobile accident in Oilton.  Oilton is a little more than half way between Stillwater and Bristow.  A teenager's car was on the shoulder of the highway and suddenly tried to make a u-turn across the highway in front of Jeremy's SUV.  Unfortunately, Jeremy was unable to avoid hitting the girl's car.  He tried to swerve and stop but could not do so.  Luckily, there was no oncoming traffic in the other lane.  Jeremy and Megan are a little bruised.  Kelsey broke the tibia just above her right ankle.  She might have some muscle and tendon damage.  Debbie is trying to arrange for Kelsey to see a doctor, but there appear to be snafu's with the insurance companies and which insurance company will pay for the physician services.  Gotta get the other person's automobile insurance to authorize stuff apparently.  But, at least nothing is life threatening and all three kids will be ok.
