Happy Birthday, Megan!

Happy birthday to you, happy birthday to you, HAPPY BIRTHDAY dear Megan. Happy birthday to you. 21 years ago, Megan Colleen Dean was born. Debbie had labor induced early in the day. Later in the day, I don't remember the time but I'm sure Debbie remembers, Debbie told the nurse she had to push. The nurse said something about that not being possible. The nurse checked Debbie's dialation and immediately went into what appeared to be a controlled panic. Somehow, the nurse told someone to call the doctor. She started telling me to unhook and unplug stuff connected to the bed and the wall and I don't remember what else because we gotta get Mrs. Dean into the delivery room because this baby is coming! Whoa. They just barely got Debbie into the delivery room and the doc was there delivering Megan. Amazing. Megan was the most wiggly baby to hold. She would sit on your lap and kick her feet and wave her arms constantly. She loved to look at herself in a mirror. Nothing's changed there. LOL. She loved kitties. When we lived in the 2 story house on Chester, we seemed to have kittens all the time. Megan would sit on the front porch with a lap full of kitties. She could fall asleep anywhere. We have a bunch of photos of her crashed on the floor or the couch with a book in her lap. Or at the dining table having fallen asleep after eating dinner or lunch. She used to stick her tongue out at Debbie when Debbie told her not to do something. Debbie told her to stop sticking her tongue out. So Megan stopped, but you could see her tongue pushing her cheek out the side of her face. LOL. We can all tell when Megan gets angry about something. Her lower jaw protrudes forward. hee hee. She's one of the grumpiest, and most fun (at least for me), people to wake up in the morning. Now she's one year away from graduating from OSU and moving on with her life as an adult. Love ya to pieces and very proud of you, Megan. Have a happy birthday and have fun in New Orleans.

Awwww! *tear, sniff, sniff*

Dad, you forgot about The Yell! I guess that's kind of hard to describe with words, though. You just had to hear it.

Happy birthday, Megan!!

Yeah, and I didn't describe what she did when she thought the squirrels were trying to get her pudding at the Tulsa Zoo picnic area. LOL
