Man, oh, man, has it been raining! wow. At the office, we had torrential rain for about 3 hours during the afternoon. I think we could have done some white water kayaking down the street. Amazing. I watched the Nebraska vs. Missouri football game last nite and it was raining like crazy throughtout that game in Columbia, Missouri. I read this morning there was over 5 inches of rain in Columbia yesterday. That's just crazy. Every time the guys hit the turf there was a huge splash.
The cable tv went out this morning just after I got up. It was out the entire time we were getting ready for work. Debbie called the 24/7 hotline for the cable service about 15 minutes before we left for work to let them know the cable service was not working. She talked to a guy somewhere in Texas who told Debbie that he could tell we were having really bad weather in Stillwater. Debbie told him, "Not at my house." The guy then told her he was looking at weather info for Stillwater, Texas. LOL! Debbie set up a service call to the house. Not long after her call the cable service came back on. Kinda wierd.
Debbie bought an iPod Touch for her birthday. She was trying to get it working last nite without much success. Guess that will be our task tonite. Darned electronics...
