Monday, Monday

Debbie's cough is much better today, or should I say "lack of cough" is better today.  She started taking Mucinex (or however you spell it) yesterday.  Maybe that's helping somehow.  At least she is not coughing almost nonstop like she was Saturday. 

Deb cooked dinner yesterday.  Not sure what it is called, but she cooked a pork roast and shredded it up.  She made pinto beans and mixed with the pork.  The shredded pork and the beans were placed on top of crushed Fritos.  Add some Picante sauce, cheese, guacamole, and lettuce.  Yummy.  She made a chocolate cake.  Kelsey and Jeremy ate dinner with us.  Good stuff.

One evening on the way home from work, we saw this being hauled down the interstate.  Kinda cool.

Megan is flying from Midland to OKC tomorrow.  Will pick her up at the airport in the morning.  She is staying until next Tuesday.  Will be good to see her.
