Cyanide in apple seeds?

We were watching a television show last nite. One of those ghost hunter things. A psychic was "communicating" with a spirit and got some sort of "message" about cyanide and apple seeds. One of the team members did an internet search and discovered that apple seeds contain cyanide. I didn't believe it so I checked it out, too. Sure enough, apple seeds contain small amounts of cyanide. Not enough to be harmful to people, thankfully. Dang, I've accidentally crunched a few in my lifetime. Glad the body can deal with small amounts of cyanide. See, you can learn something watching those kinds of tv shows. hee hee.
