Well, a new year started. First day back at work for the new year. Wonder how many times I'll write 2009 before my slow and feeble brain catches up with the concept of 2010?
Didn't watch any weather forecasts all weekend. Called up the Weather Channel this morning to see what the week holds in store for us. More winter. Alot more winter. High Thursday to be in the mid-teens and lows below zero possible. On Saturday, the temperature was close to 60 degrees in Greenville, Texas. What the heck? I wonder who writes the weather forecasts, anyway. The Weather Channel website shows "Thursday: Windy with times of sun and clouds. Highs in the upper teens and lows 2 to -2F." Cracks me up that someone actually wrote "times of sun and clouds". Maybe it's just me, but wouldn't you expect some times of sun and some times of clouds on most days? LOL.
Had a great time with Tara's family. Played some Wii. Played with the grandchilluns. Oliver is certainly changing quickly. He is more outgoing and definitely a little ornery. Picks on his sisters. Walking as much as crawling. Unfortunately, we watched the OSU football game debacle. Dang. Glad we didn't spend the money to attend the game. Much more fun to hang out with Tara and John.
Anyway, better get back to the grind.
Have a good day and stay warm.

It's a little warmer here, but still pretty cold. I'm ready for summer already.
