OSU Football Senior Day

Debbie and I went to the football game on Thursday nite between OSU and the University of Colorado Buffaloes. Wow. What a game! Nail biter til the end. Two games in a row like that. Last home game for OSU. Hard to believe we've attended 8 football games this season already and only one more regular season game to go. Bedlam in Norman next Saturday. Fun stuff. Deb and I took some photos on Thursday. Thought we'd share a few.

Ramp leading to our section.

Concourse seems a bit empty. Guess we are early.

Oops! Need to zoom out!

Say "Cheese!"

OSU players are warming up.

Stretching.

West endzone is a little empty. "Guess we got here a little early, Deb."

"Ya think so, Roy?"

Quarterbacks Zac Robinson (11), Clint Chelf (10) and Alex Cate (3).

Patrick Lavine (4), Perrish Cox (16), Luciene Antoine (31) and Andrae May (18). Lavine, Cox and Antoine played their last home game on Thursday. #31 is one of Debbie's favorite players. He tackles hard!

Here's Bullett!! Bullett and the Spirit Rider run down the field between the band members before the band plays the OSU fight song and school song before the game.

Native American Servicemen color guards.

US Armed Forces color guards.

US shaped flag stretched out before the game started while the national anthem was being played.

Some of the senior players being announced before the game.

Starters offensive linemen Andrew Mitchell (72), Russell Okung (76) and starting defensive end Jermiah Price (97). We will see Okung playing pro football next season.

Several seniors heading toward the locker room.

Zac Robinson and his family, Pistol Pete and several reporters.

Spirit squads lined up waiting for the players to come out of the locker room.

Smoke means the players are about to come onto the field.

Here come the Cowboys!!

Nice view of the ole nasal cavity.

Pistol Pete in the west endzone in front of the student section. He fires off a shotgun occassionally. Pretty loud and definitely gets everyone's attention so he can do the "OOOOO SSSSS UUUUU... COWBOYS!!" chant. Fun stuff.

Here comes BULLETT! After each touchdown, Bullett and the Spirit Rider run out onto the field.

Michael Martin Murphy lipsynched "Wildfire" during the halftime show. Who knew Britney Spears and Milli Vanilli were not the only ones who lipsynched?
