Anniversary Day

Planned to show a wedding day photo and a current photo for "before and after".  But, we have misplaced (hopefully not lost) our wedding photos plus all of the photos we've taken during the last 30 some-odd years.  Huge box of photos that we had in the living room last summer are nowhere to be found.  Bummer.  So, all you get is an "after" photo.  Sorry 'bout that.  Sure is alot more of us "after" than there was "before".

You are correct, Eleanor.  I can't take a photo without making a face or something.  That's the only face I have.  Can't help if it's funny looking.  hee hee

Bought Debbie some flowers and had them delivered to her office.  Did not realize how big the bouquet would be.  whoa.

We ate lunch together at a nice restaurant called Cafe de Brasil in OKC.  I believe the primary quisine is South American.  Debbie got chicken stroganoff, or however you spell that.  I got a tuna sandwich.  Maybe it was Brazilian tuna.

We went to Charlestons for dinner.  Same place that we went with Eleanor and Laura a couple of years ago after the TSO concert.  Charlestons has a great grilled salmon dinner.  Their soup special on Wednesdays is an awesome gumbo.  Debbie got a nice chicken dinner.  Special company and great dinner.

When we got home, Megan and Kelsey gave us three red roses and a really cool card.

Today was a great Anniversary Day.  Thanks to everyone for the well wishes.

See ya.

That's the biggest bouquet I've ever seen! I tried to call you guys on all your phones, but you're hard to get ahold of lately. Sounds like you had a good day. Man, I hope you find those photos. Is that the huge box of photos that you've had for several years? It's so fun to go through.

Yeah, it's that huge box of photos. Loads of photos of you when you, Megan and Kelsey when you girls were little. Our wedding photos. Pretty much all photos of our family before we got digital cameras. The last time we saw it was when Megan and Shawn went through it during the summer. We think it was about the same time that you and the kiddos stayed with us because you were looking at the photos with Megan. We have looked all over the place and cannot find them. Really a puzzling thing. Gonna spend some more time tonite digging deeper into stuff in the garage, but not hopeful because there is no reason for the photos to be out there.

I've heard that things get lost for months at a time in Kelsey's room.

Unless there is a portal to a parallel universe somewhere in the pile of clothes and other stuff, the box is not in Kelsey's room.
